Por último antes de apagar el fuego agregar el puré del zapallo y mezclar (agregar sal si es necesario)
- Momento de rellenar la calabaza, colocar una parte de mezcla + pedacitos de queso cremoso y el huevo duro picadito + un par de hojitas de albahaca. Poner otra parte del relleno y repetir el procedimiento. Una vez completada la calabaza colocar la tapa y llevar al horno por media hora para que se integren bien todos los sabores. Listo!
