Repito la proporción es 4 cucharadas de fécula por litro de leche. Noten que puse en 500ml más el caldo casi 750ml de líquido 4 cucharas por que quiero que quede espesa.
  4. Armar la milhoja alternando la calabaza y el relleno a la altura que más les guste y cubrir con salsa blanca. Sobre esta queso, orégano, pimentón o lo que más les guste. Yo la hice con ensalada ustedes con lo que quieran. Beeesoss!
