  3. Preparación del relleno: Cortar la calabaza por la mitad, quitarle la semilla manteniendo la cáscara.
  4. Colocar en una asadera aceitada, espolvorear azúcar y condimentar. Llevar a horno.
  5. Una vez cocida la calabaza sacarle la cáscara, hacer un puré con la manteca. Incorporar el queso de rallar, condimentar dejar enfriar.(Si fuese necesario poner un poco de pan rallado para espesar). Reservar
  6. Armado: Estirar la masa con la pasta linda o palo de amasar en forma rectangular lo más fina posible.
  7. En una sorrentinera de plástico espolvorear con almidón de maíz o harina(Para facilitar el desmolado)
  8. Ubico la primera tapa de masa sobre el molde, doy forma a los bordes con un poco de agua y coloco el relleno en cada hueco de la sorrentinera.
  9. Cubrir la tapa de masa, presionar para quitar el aire, pasar el palo de amasar haciendo presión para que se corte la masa. Retirar el exceso de masa y desmoldar.
  10. Servir. Acompañar con la salsa que más te guste.
