- Una vez que ha hervido el agua con el vinagre, vacíanos esta mezcla en el frasco hasta cubrir. Podemos dar suaves golpecitos al mismo para que la calabacita se acomode y quepa más líquido.
- Ya cubierto con el líquido hirviendo cerramos muy bien el frasco, lo agitamos para ver que no haya derrames; y lo giramos de cabeza hasta que se enfríe.
