- El puré lo hago pisando ambas verduras con tenedor o pisa papa, agrego sal, nuez moscada a gusto y un chorro de leche para unir y que quede más untuoso
- Por último en la olla de la carne apenas veo que está bien cocida, le agregó arriba una capa con el puré y lo dejo tapado a fuego mínimo un ratito más para que el puré vuelva a tener temperatura.
