  6. Diluimos la cucharada de harina y las cucharadas de agua removemos hasta obtener una pasta ligeramente espesa.
  7. En cada tortita pon un par de cuharadas del preparado y por último el queso. Enrolla bien doblando primero las partes laterales y luego enrollando la parte inferior hacia arriba, coloca un poco de la pasta en el borde para sellar el rollo.
  8. Añade aceite en una sartén solo para que cubran hasta la mitad el rollo y fríe hasta que estén bien dorados. Escurrir el exceso de aceite en papel absorbente.
  9. Se puede acompañar con cualquier salsa que se os ocurra, en mi caso ha sido una salsa de yogur.
