- Prepara las rebanadas de pan de molde quitándole el filo (2 rebanadas por bola, como he puesto para 2 raciones serian 4 rebanadas).
- Coge una bola de helado y ponla en una rebanada y luego cubre con la otra. Aplasta un poquito y suave hasta que el pan cierre y haya una bolita y cubrir con papel aluminio y al congelador. Y prepara la otra bola.
- Deja las 2 bolitas unas 2h en el congelador. (Si se dejan toda la noche mejor, pero si es para consumir al día con 2h esta bien).
- Prepara la masa de pancake, prepara poquito porque solo son 2 bolas, mientras pon el aceite en la sartén y que vaya calentando porque solo se fríen en 60 segundos, 30 por cada lado).
- Saca las bolitas del congelador y mételas en el preparado de pancake, ya la sartén.
- Pon una servilleta en un plato para que las bolitas escurran el aceite y colócalas en cada plato. Decora al gusto, con sirope, azúcar glas, nata etc.
